Building Consent Information

Please register all building consent projects by phoning 0800 353 672 or emailing info@hardasrocks.co.nz at Consent stage so that a licensed Hard as Rocks applicator can follow the progress to ensure on-site compliance in order to issue producer statements for council sign-off.

Download the Construction Guide (below) and any relevant or applicable drawings using the drop-down menu above. Click on relevant drawing headings, in either PDF or AutoCad format, this will create an itemised list of drawings to appear below which can then be selected (by right-clicking and 'Save as...') and imported into your plans and/or council documents.

Please make sure that drawings are complete with all Hard as Rocks text and contact details associated with the drawings.
