Alpine View Lifestyle Village

Completed in 2016, this project formed part of the Alpine View Lifestyle retirement village in Marshlands, Christchurch, with stonework centred on the main Lodge at the heart of the development.

West Coast and Alexandra Mix stone is carried across external and internal feature walls, the fireplace, landscaping, and pillar caps—creating a cohesive, site-wide finish.

Internally, the stone defines key spaces. It brings depth and structure to the hallway and sits confidently alongside the staircase, forming a strong architectural spine. The result is consistent, grounded, and built to endure.
